It’s all in the voices

The voice of God is his word.  It always speaks.

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saith unto the churches… -Revelation 2: 7 (KJV)

He that hath ears to hear, let him hear – Matthew 11:15 (KJV)

If you stop listening to men and start listening to God, you won’t lose focus. If you follow God (by folowing the leading of the Holy Spirit) you will not be misled, except you want to be lost.

It all starts with voices calling, calling you, and pointing things out to you.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me- John 10:27(KJV)

The voice of a good man will reiterate God’s good for you. His thoughts and words will not mislead or destroy you. If you are married, stay with your husband, do not be led by strange voices into the wilderness. 

If you are single and in need of a partner, stay with your first husband, your maker, he will bring you good. He gives good.  Good is your portion because he thinks good of you.

For I know the thoughts I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)

No good thing will the Lord withhold from those who do what us right- Psalm 84:11b NLT

If you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him –Matthew 7:11 NLT

It is the voice you follow that matter.

If you don’t take out time to hear, you will miss out. If you are not hearing God, you are hearing something else from someone else.  God by his Holy Spirit will always show you which way to go.

…You will see your teacher with your own eyes, and he will hear a voice say,”This is the way: turn around and walk here” Isaiah30:20b & 21 NLT

 

Don’t follow your heart, follow the voice of God that speaks to your heart. Your heart can deceive you and it can fail you. The contrary voice you follow might enslave you.  Be loyal to the voice of God.

He will never leave you stranded.   

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another counselor, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world at large cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you do, because he lives with you now and later will be in you. No, I will not abandon you as orphans – I will come to you- John 14:16-18 KJV

It is only God that can restore what you’ve lost. Always go back to hear him. 

Pay attention to him, never ignore him and you’ll be good. Then no man can deceive you or mislead you because you don’t listen to them.
