How Much More?

For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And the door is opened to everyone who knocks. You parents – if your children asks for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! If you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him. Matthew 7:8-11 (NLT)

Thank God for his Son- a gift too wonderful for words! 2Corinthians9:15 (NLT)

Through the work of Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing he promised to Abraham, and we Christians receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:14

He gave us the gift of grace.

He gave us the gift of righteousness.

He gave a gift that can never be compared to none, an indescribable gift- His Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

He has given us the gift of the Holy Spirit and made us partakers of the blessing of Abraham.

So, How much more?

How much more that heart desire of yours or ’key’ need of yours.

God is a giver of gifts.

We didn’t have to do anything before he gave us Christ Jesus, to die for our sins and to bring us grace, truth, power and righteousness. So we don’t have to try to please him first or work in the flesh to get that whichis his will.

He is merciful and gracious. He is a good God and a caring Father

He will not forsake you no matter what.

Never! Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for a child she has borne? But even if that were possible, I would not forget you! Isaiah 49:15 (NLT)

He has not forsaken you!

Have faith in him.

You probably have been listening to the devil and that’s why you feel abandoned.  Quit regretting.  Stop brooding about past mistakes that the blood has erased already.

Do you keep feeling or thinking that it is your attitude or behavior that’s stopping you from getting that which you need?  If you are a Christian and you live the life of faith, babes you are righteous. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
You are not a sinner.

For every behavior or character flaw, you were forgiven when you went to him and repented. Jesus took care of every sin of error that keeps showing up even though we try to do right.   Don’t be enslaved by them. Always plead the blood. Always thank God for the blood.  Be conscious of God’s Holy Spirit in you.  He is a sweet Spirit, Sweet Holy Spirit. His fruits include joy, patience and so on.

Confess:

I carry the Spirit of God in me, therefore my life is subject to his power – the power of God in me.
It is the same power that raised Christ
I am a new creation in Christ Jesus
I am a confident, intelligent and sweet lady
I am favored. I am saved by God’s gracious favor. I am covered in favor; I abide in it.

Don’t be enslaved by any character flaw. When people call you to let you know, thank them.  Look within, and if indeed it’s true, make up your mind to be a better woman and rely on the Spirit of God to help you. You are already the best you should be according to what the word says.

Babes, you can have your heart desire. You can be restored. You can have the best. Have faith in God. Seek his kingdom. Embrace his righteousness – never throw it away and every other thing will be added to you.

It's always a pleasure to have your here. See you next week Tuesday.
